This is an opportunity to start out hands-on and establish your dream engineering team as the company continues to grow.\r\nKey responsibilities include\r\nDeveloping new features and managing the infrastructure for our next-generation test orchestration cloud.\r\nDesigning, implementing, maintaining, and testing the Testery website/application and the REST API that powers it.\r\nHiring, training, coaching, and managing the engineering team.\r\nAdapting your role as the company grows.\r\nRequired Skills & Experience\r\n8+ years of software development experience in Java/Kotlin.\r\nPast track record of putting in place and leading a high-performing engineering team.\r\nRecent hands-on, development experience in Java/Kotlin.\r\nWriting automated tests (jUnit, Selenium, Cucumber, or Specflow).\r\nWorking with E2E testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, …).\r\nDesigning and building REST APIs.\r\nWorking with both relational and non-relational databases (SQL, Postgres).\r\nConfiguring CI/CD servers (AppVeyor, Teamcity, or Jenkins).\r\nExperience with Amazon Web Services.\r\nDesired Qualifications & Experience\r\nDeveloping behavior-driven development (BDD) tests.\r\nWorking with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker).\r\nBuilding, testing, and deploying B2B SaaS products.\r\nPrevious roles related specifically to quality assurance and test automation.\r\nAbout Testery\r\nTestery is a test orchestration cloud that runs millions of automated tests every month and is significantly faster, more reliable, and more cost effective than running your tests on traditional testing grids.
