If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are ready to contribute to exciting projects, we’d love to meet you!Key ResponsibilitiesProvides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managersEnforces company and project policiesMaintains close client interfaceEnsures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with contract and designManages budget and financial reporting throughout the projectUpdates schedule with support of subordinate managers, supervisors, and subcontractorsPerforms all functions and responsibilities in partnership with the company’s culture, corporate vision, ethics, and code of conductActs as company representative to develop new business opportunities and relationship with new and existing clientsProvides leadership to the project teamOverall coordination with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsManages and helps enforce Safety on a daily basisReviews new project opportunities and establishes estimatesContinuous subcontractor coordinationOversight of self-performed operationsWhat We’re Looking ForFour-year engineering or construction degree preferred3 plus years of field experienceDesign Build experience a plusAdvanced management or technical training preferred. Extensive experience in similar facility construction estimating and related functionsThorough knowledge of estimating, project management and construction managementExcellent organizational, supervision and decision making/problem solving skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
