They will operate in a fast paced production environment observing builds and creating reports to report out to the engineering org and others.\n\nMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nValidate BOM, Routing, barcode labels are correct before build.\nMonitor every build per the NPI build checklist\nValidate Lens install force and Tip to tip measurements on every build\nCreate and release NPI report for any new SKU qualification build\nFacilitate RCCM meetings\nDistribute all material once build and analysis are complete\n\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh School diploma\n1+ years of experience in manufacturing production environment\nExperience in using Microsoft Tools – Outlook, Excel, Word\nAbility to collect, interpret and explain data\nStrong communication skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nUnderstanding of Oakley Operations processes\nUnderstanding of assembly parts, bill of materials and assembly processes\nExperience with SAP highly desired\n\nPay Range: 19.42 - 28.63\n\nEmployee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
