Working with the Enterprise Account Executive (AE), the Sr. Solutions Engineer defines and directs the technical strategy for our largest and most important accounts, driving widespread use and deeper adoption of ML & AI.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nYou work with multiple clients as the main technical voice for Databricks.\n\nYou lead your customers on a transformational journey, helping them evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.\n\nYou implement the technical strategy in the account, with a close understanding of the overall strategy.\n\nYou build a movement of technical champions within the account.\n\nYou align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.\n\nYou work with your sales team and technical peers to drive business outcomes for our clients.\n\nQualifications:\n\nProficiency at establishing virtual teams and leading them to success within the account.\n\nExperience working with very large (> $1m ARR), global accounts.\n\nBuild relationships with executives and influencers.\n\nPresent a convincing point‑of‑view to important decision‑makers that drives them toward success.\n\nTechnical expertise in big data, data science and cloud (Azure & AWS).\n\nAbility to drive data‑driven business transformation and change management.\n\nProduction programming experience in Python, R, Scala or Java.\n\nNice to have: Databricks, Snowflake, AWS or Azure certification.\n\nPay Range Transparency\nDatabricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
