Maintains project database with current information required to produce accurate reports to the client.\nAdvises the Project Manager of changing policies and conflicts with standards on current or planned work.\nInspects in-house and subcontractor work.\nTracks QC work order status and complete timesheet.\nUnderstands and abide by the standards for ethical behavior and integrity as detailed in the Code of Business Conduct.\nMonitors and maintains a current library of CFX and all related agency policies and procedures required to perform work at contract standards.\nParticipates in client meetings as directed by the Project Manager.\nTravels project area to perform position duties.\nWorks at night, performing inspections of reflectivity and lighting assets when needed.\nDrives company vehicles.\nUses all equipment safely.\nAssist with development of the site/project’s safety program to include the safety plan, conducting safety training, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting the overall safe operation and culture of the company.\nManage Structure Work Order (bridges and signs) QA and attend the Feasible Action Review Committee (FARC) Meetings for issued work orders; Review processes and documents to ensure QA compliance with required procedures in cooperation with the Project Manager.\nExercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to Versar’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.\nOther such activities as may be required by Versar to maintain compliance to project requirements.\nWho You Are\nRequired Qualifications\n18+ years of age\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nMust be able to communicate with managers and coworkers in English effectively\nPossess and maintain a valid Driver’s License, with the ability to drive vehicles in a safe and conscientious manner\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 25 lbs. regularly\nAbility to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods\nAbility to climb, kneel, crouch, crawl, stoop, and twist and perform duties using appropriate tools and equipment within safety standards; Ability to walk over uneven ground\nAbility to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions\nAbility to work along local roadways, interstates, and or/highways with commuter traffic passing by at varying rates of speed\nWillingness to work multiple shifts and varying hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime\nSuccessful results of pre-employment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen\nLiteracy in all Microsoft programs required for reporting on spreadsheets and graphs as needed\nPossess good oral and written communication skills\nAbility to accurately perform mathematical calculations\nAbility to read, interpret, and use the client's and manufacturer's design standards\nAbility to advise project personnel of quality and client recommendations to improve performance\nDisplays a high level of initiative, effort, attention to detail and commitment by completing assignments efficiently with minimal supervision.\nFollows policy, cooperates with supervisors, and align behavior with the goals of the organization.\nWithin 60 days of project startup and throughout employment, maintain an Advanced Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Certification (provided by the company).\nThis role is subject to a client mandated drug/alcohol testing policy. As such, employee may be subject to random drug/alcohol tests.
