Job Title: Financial Analyst Location: Remote or Hybrid (Newark or Hackettstown, NJ) Duration: 7 months Job Summary The Financial Analyst will act as the lead financial advisor to the Enterprise Technologies organization, directing financial governance responsibilities for an organization of 300+ associates. This role will support the delivery of scalable digital solutions aligned with evolving business needs across functions such as Data & Analytics, Intelligent Automation, Enterprise Architecture, Finance, People & Organization, Commercial, Sustainability, Corporate Affairs, Legal, and R&D. The analyst will provide strategic financial leadership to define operational models, deploy financial roadmaps, and support annual planning. They will consolidate, analyze, and present financial results while identifying and mitigating risks to improve financial performance. Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis: Prepare and present financial reporting and insights to Enterprise Technologies leadership. Translate financial performance into business-focused insights, analyzing trends, risks, and opportunities. Assist with building frameworks for tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to Enterprise Technologies services. Collaborate with Segment Finance teams to ensure streamlined operations and clarity on investment impacts. Financial Planning: Act as a strategic thought partner for long-term functional strategies and projects. Prepare business and operating plans including financial models, frameworks, and portfolio management. Identify improvements to financial processes, calendars, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of plans. Ensure budget managers understand cost drivers, financial risks, budget targets, and investment priorities. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning within a global enterprise organization Experience in a global shared services environment preferred Proven experience as a finance business partner or co-pilot to functional areas Experience in IT Finance, including pricing of services to business segments, preferred Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation Experience with digital tools, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis, and digital forecasting tools Ability to influence at both senior manager and line manager levels
