Multi-Family Office Advisor | Wisconsin An independent, employee-owned investment management firm with over 30 years of experience and $1 billion in assets is seeking a Multi-Family Office (MFO) Advisor. The role involves coordinating client relationships, managing financial planning, implementing gifting strategies, addressing tax issues, executing estate plans, and providing fiduciary guidance. The firm specializes in personalized wealth management for individuals, foundations, and businesses, emphasizing trust and long-term relationships. Responsibilities: Manage client relationships and collaborate with allied professionals while addressing family dynamics Oversee cash flow planning and prepare for major financial milestones, such as retirement Develop and implement family and charitable gifting strategies Address income and transfer tax matters Review and execute estate plans Advise clients in fiduciary roles, such as trustee or personal representative (executor) Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred 2-5 years of wealth management experience with client-facing responsibilities FINRA Series 65 (Series 7 & Series 66), or willingness to obtain upon hire Strong background in estate planning, trust administration, and/or tax planning highly preferred Experience working with High Net Worth (HNW), Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW), and/or Family Office clients
