If you need accommodations at any point in the process or in the role, we’re here to support you.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nMust-Haves:\n3+ years of professional software engineering experience developing modern full-stack applications.\nStrong experience in frontend using React, C#, .Net.\nExperience building web applications and APIs using contemporary programming languages, frameworks, and software development practices.\nProficiency working in collaborative development environments utilizing source control, code reviews, and Agile methodologies.\nExperience using AI-powered development tools or coding assistants to improve productivity and software delivery outcomes.\nStrong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nNice to Haves:\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.\nExposure to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, containerization, or deployment processes.\nExperience incorporating AI or GenAI capabilities into software products or development workflows.\nExperience working in high-growth or fast-paced technology environments.\n\nWe know great candidates don’t always check every box. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs.
