Enhance financial understanding across business lines, products, and segments through Power BI dashboards, analytical models, and data transformations. Design and maintain end-to-end reporting solutions, from data ingestion to executive-level dashboards. Promote data governance, standardization, and automation best practices within FP&A. Implement scalable solutions using Python, SQL, Power BI, dbt models, and automated data workflows. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship on advanced analytics and reporting solutions.What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics/Data Science, Business Analytics/Information Systems, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis within the banking or financial services industry. Strong proficiency in SQL, DAX, Python, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to convey a sense of urgency. Demonstrated financial modeling knowledge and skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and effectively communicate complex financial transactions.What's On Offer A competitive base pay range of $115,000.00 - $145,000.00 USD.
