Duties: Clinical Care: - Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health needs and develop personalized care plans. - Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols. - Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and medical information accurately. - Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing necessary interventions. - Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Documentation and Communication: - Maintain precise and up-to-date medical records for each patient. - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues regarding care plans and progress. - Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care strategies. Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state . Experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
