Join our Global IT support organization to drive the digital workplace experience across the enterprise. The role requires four days per week on site in the Brea office and will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for delivering and enhancing endpoint management, automation, virtual desktop, and security solutions.\nKey Responsibilities Endpoint Engineering & Device Management Lead the engineering, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise endpoint management platforms.\nDesign, maintain, and optimize Windows device imaging and provisioning processes.\nManage enterprise laptop and workstation patching strategies to ensure compliance, stability, and security.\nSupport modern endpoint management initiatives using Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM) technologies.\nDevelop and maintain hardware and software standards across the organization.\nOversee endpoint lifecycle management, including provisioning, deployment, refresh, and retirement processes.\nSoftware Packaging & Deployment Create, test, deploy, and maintain software packages using SCCM/MECM and Intune.\nManage enterprise software deployment strategies and application lifecycle processes.\nTroubleshoot deployment failures and optimize deployment automation and reporting.\nEnsure application compatibility and alignment with enterprise standards.\nDigital Workplace & Employee Experience Enhance the overall digital workplace experience through proactive engineering, automation, and service optimization.\nPartner with IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Desk, and Field Services teams to improve employee satisfaction and service delivery outcomes.\nDevelop scalable solutions that improve usability, reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.\nAutomation & Scripting Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and related scripting technologies.\nAutomate operational tasks, deployments, provisioning workflows, reporting, and remediation activities.\nDrive operational efficiency through automation and process standardization initiatives.\nVirtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Support and administer Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)/Azure VDI environments.\nOptimize virtual desktop performance, scalability, availability, and user experience.\nCollaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to support hybrid workplace initiatives.\nRemote Support & Security Tools Administer and support remote support and privileged access tools including Bomgar and BeyondTrust.\nEnsure endpoint security standards and governance requirements are maintained.\nPartner closely with cybersecurity teams to support compliance and endpoint protection initiatives.\nDocumentation & Operational Excellence Develop and maintain technical documentation, engineering standards, operational procedures, and runbooks.\nCreate knowledge articles and operational documentation to support consistent service delivery.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational governance activities.\nVendor & MSP Partnership Collaborate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure operational alignment, accountability, and service excellence.\nProvide technical leadership and governance oversight for outsourced EUC support functions.\nDrive adherence to enterprise standards, SLAs, KPIs, and operational best practices.\nJob Requirements Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\n6‑10+ years of experience in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or Workplace Technology roles in a global environment.\nStrong understanding of modern workplace technologies and endpoint security best practices.\nExperience supporting enterprise‑scale global environments.\nProven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across endpoint and virtual desktop platforms.\nMicrosoft Intune, SCCM / MECM, Windows endpoint management, imaging and provisioning solutions, PowerShell scripting and automation, Citrix and Azure VDI environments, Mobile Device Management (MDM), software packaging and deployment, endpoint patch management, Bomgar / BeyondTrust.\nMicrosoft certifications related to Intune, Azure, Endpoint Management, or Modern Workplace technologies.\nExperience operating within ITIL or IT Service Management (ITSM) environments.\nExperience working within a multi‑vendor or Managed Services operating model.\nExperience supporting automation and digital transformation initiatives.\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Skills & Experience Experience integrating EUC solutions with enterprise security controls.\nAdvanced knowledge of scripting languages beyond PowerShell.\nExperience with audit and compliance reporting tools.\nFamiliarity with cloud resource management and cost optimization.\nLeadership Competencies Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder
