Physical Therapist Outpatient

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in an onsite role. In this position, you will provide high-quality care to both outpatient and acute care patients by developing individualized treatment plans that support recovery, restore function, and enhance overall quality of life. Flexible scheduling options are available, including full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts. Key Responsibilities Conduct and document comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans outlining strategies, goals, and expected outcomes, including exercise programs for clinic and at-home use. Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to relieve pain, reduce swelling, and improve mobility. Evaluate patients’ abilities to regain independence and reintegrate into work or community life following injury or illness. Maintain accurate and timely patient records while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team. Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Montana state Physical Therapist licensure. Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association. Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including lifting, standing, walking, kneeling, and manual dexterity tasks. Regular onsite attendance during scheduled shifts. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with both outpatient and acute care populations. Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation techniques.
