{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"7063d7dd72a1ff8bdbb07e66","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/7063d7dd72a1ff8bdbb07e66","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/7063d7dd72a1ff8bdbb07e66","title":"Facilities Support","description":"Facilities Support\nClearwater, FL\nPOSITION SUMMARY:\nFacilities Support will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and basic indoor and outdoor maintenance.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\n· Performs general maintenance duties: may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.\n· Performs routine maintenance on building systems.\n· Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors\n· Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff\n· Performing basic plumbing tasks, which includes unclogging drains as well as fixing leaking faucets and toilets.\n· Performs basic maintenance to outside area of the building\n· Moving or set up of office furniture, equipment\n· Fire and building inspectors.\n· Completing work order for SCC and RCM\n· Complies with all approved procedures, directives, and guidelines.\nJOB SPECIFICATIONS:\nEducation Required:\n· High School or GED Diploma\nExperience Required:\n· A minimum of 3+ years of experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
