We remain competitive by offering a wide range of logistics services, including: ocean and air freight, rail, trucking, warehousing and distribution, customs brokerage, cargo insurance and more.\n\nAbout the Position Duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):\n\nManage customer relationships and provide freight solutions, quotations, and shipment updates.\nCoordinate and track ocean and air shipments, including pickups, deliveries, and container returns.\nMonitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation and logistics issues.\nCollaborate with carriers, trucking companies, warehouses, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.\nMaintain accurate records and adhere to company SOPs and compliance standards.\nReview invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and process AP/AR transactions.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and shipments are handled efficiently from start to finish.\n\nWork Schedule\n\nMonday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST\n\nComputer Skills\n\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.\nExperience with CargoWise is a plus.\n\nEducation & Experience\n\nBachelor's degree preferred\nExperience dealing with a high volume of data entry\n\nSalary\n\n$50,000-$60,000 annually based on education and experience level.\n\nPerks & Benefits of OEC Group\n\nAfter successfully completing and passing a standard 90-day introductory period the employee is provided with the following benefits package.
