Being able to come into the office is a necessity.\n---\nResponsibilities:\nActs as a liaison and field escalation focal point between customers and factory.\nProvide Alpha Site Support to Engineering. Specifically related to installation, operation,calibration, service and/or testing of a new hardware, process or software design in house on an engineering tool.\nProvides Beta Site Support. Specifically related to installation, operation, calibration, service and/or testing of a new hardware, process or software design.\nProvide expert on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for complex electro-mechanical systems at customer facilities. Perform complete installation/relocation start-up services.\nTroubleshoot equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems and take steps to minimize downtime or system interruptions and eliminate equipment malfunctions. Determine corrective actions as required.\nProvide presentations to customers on system upgrades, support plans, technical demonstrations.\nConduct training sessions for customers and internal teams, sharing knowledge and expertise on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and sales, to address customer needs and provide feedback for product improvement.\nCreate and maintain detailed service reports, technical documentation, and equipment manuals.\nProvide technical instruction and mentoring for junior-level engineers.\nMay perform other related duties as assigned by or requested by the manager.\nQualifications:\nB.S. Level Degree in Electrical Engineering and 3 to 6 years of relevant experience\nExceptional communication skills.\nQuick comprehension of semiconductor front-end equipment.\nPrior knowledge of semiconductor OEM products and customer base.\nIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for technology and providing exceptional customer support, we encourage you to apply for the position of Technical Support Engineer.
