We work hard together and celebrate an environment that is open, creative, and engaging.-In addition to a friendly and engaging learning environment, we offer a comprehensive training and development program to jump-start or even enhance your interests in a twenty-first-century manufacturing career.-Compensation: Starting wage $21.20 per hourAdditional Bonus: Immediately eligible to participate in an additional quarterly bonus programShift: Monday-Friday, 7am - 4pm-Comprehensive safety training program (defined SOPs and work instructions)Career development/advancement-Job Details:Follow all safety rules and rules as established in employee handbookFollow standard operating proceduresMaintain good housekeeping as established by Relief Duty Sheets and identifies gaps and areas for improvementResponsible for rotating in the feeding, stacking, and offloading positions, maintaining rate as defined in the recipeMonitor the machine while the Machine Operators break, following the defined SOPsSet up production equipment following established equipment settingsMaintain quality of product on production line by ensuring standards are being followedContinually monitor product, to detect and resolve issues utilizing Continuous Improvement toolsTrack and/or fill out metrics required to accurately close out production work orders--What do you bring?-High School diploma, preferred1-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferredAt Saint-Gobain/CertainTeed, our employees have pride in belonging to an organization whose culture is made up of these core values: Trust, Empowerment, & Collaboration.
