This role supports the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications and provides hands-on experience across both front-end and back-end technologies.\n\nThe ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in writing clean, maintainable code while collaborating closely with engineers, product, and UX teams.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nParticipate in the full web application development lifecycle from concept through deployment and post-launch support\nDevelop high-quality code following established development standards and processes\nBuild and maintain front-end and back-end features to support business requirements\nCollaborate with UX and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, user-centered designs\nReview code and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and best practices\nAssess technical feasibility of proposed functional designs\nMaintain and enhance existing applications and codebases\nCommunicate task progress, technical challenges, and solutions clearly\nStay current with emerging web and software development technologies\n\nRequirements\n\nWho You Are\n\nGrowth-minded with a desire to continuously expand technical knowledge\nPassionate, creative, and efficient problem solver\nTechnically curious with strong critical-thinking skills\nReliable, responsible, and detail-oriented\nComfortable working both independently and collaboratively\nTakes pride in producing high-quality, maintainable work\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)\nUnderstanding of both front-end and back-end development concepts\nExperience with React, JavaScript/typescript preferred\nFamiliarity with Git; Jira and Confluence experience is a plus\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nBenefits\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nAt EarthCam, we believe great work starts with feeling supported, valued, and inspired.
