Accounting Manager

Sol Rise has partnered with a respected company that is seeking a highly skilled and driven Manager-level accounting professional to join a dynamic client service environment. This role is ideal for a leader who can build structure, improve processes, and elevate team performance while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee month-end close processes across multiple entities, including journal entries and reconciliations Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP Ensure audit readiness and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors Lead consolidations within ERP systems Implement and improve accounting systems, tools, and processes to drive efficiency Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members to enhance overall team capability Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA required) 4+ years of public accounting audit experience (Big 4 or national firm preferred) or equivalent corporate experience Strong technical accounting expertise (GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls) Experience in multi-entity or complex environments (PE-backed experience a plus) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools Strong communication skills with a client-facing presence Strengthening client relationships through proactive, high-quality service Identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability Hybrid work environment (after initial training period) 401(k) with company match Paid time off, holidays, and professional development support Flexible work schedule, including periodic additional time off opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
