Quantitative Strategist - Derivatives Pricing

A leading global trading firm is looking for a quantitative strategist to join their highly respected options market making team in Chicago. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and improve options pricing models with a focus on equity and equity index productsCollaborate closely with traders and researchers to refine model assumptions and improve real time pricing accuracyBuild and optimize low-latency systems supporting pricing, risk, and market data integrationAnalyze large scale datasets to identify inefficiencies and enhance model performanceContribute to the evolution of the firm's systematic trading and pricing infrastructure Ideal Background5+ years of experience in systematic trading, quantitative research, or derivatives focused rolesStrong expertise in options pricing (equity or equity index preferred), including volatility modelingAdvanced programming skills in Python and C++ (or another low-level language)B.S. and/or M.S. from a top 50 university in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a related quantitative fieldDemonstrated ability to bridge quantitative modeling and production-grade development in a trading environment
