The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of related design engineering experience and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. In this position, the successful candidate will take leadership in structural design and analysis projects while mentoring junior/mid-level engineering professionals and supporting proposal efforts. Design projects will span across multiple markets and geographies affording opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to building systems design.
