We manufacture fine pitch precision gears and related components for use in aerospace, space, medical, and instrumentation applications.\nWe are always looking for dedicated, talented and hard-working individuals to add to our awesome team.\n\nCMM Programmer/Operator\nJOB DESCRIPTION:\nInspecting machined part tolerances (as low as .0002, and on occasion, as close as .0001 tolerance) & quality.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nExperience with CMM programming and operation, big plus if you have experience on Mitutoyo Crysta and Cosmos software.\nMust have EXCELLENT English speaking, reading, and writing skills and have the ability to clearly communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instruction.\nHave at least 5 years experience of inspection experience, preferably in an aerospace facility.\nMust be capable of efficiently performing in process, and final inspections on machined components with high accuracy.\nHave experience calibrating shop gauges and tools.\nMust be able to use common shop measuring equipment.\nMust be able to read, interpret, and work from engineering prints, drawings, and sketches.\nHave good computer skills.\nHave excellent math skills (Algebra, Trigonometry, Geometry).\nBe able inspect and be responsible for the quality of your own work.\nMust be a team player with a good attitude.\nBe flexible and multi-tasking.\nA sense of humor is appreciated\nISO9000 or AS9100 experience a plus.\nGear cutting and inspection knowledge is a plus, but not required.\nShift:\nDay Shift\nJob Type: Full-time\nSalary: $18.00 to $31.00 /hour\n\nBENEFITS:\nWages based on experience and night shift premium. Health insurance for employees is 60% paid, and 30% for dependents. We have our own eyeglass program; provide uniform shirts and approved work shoes after 30 days. We have a 401k plan, profit sharing, paid (accrued) vacation time, and donuts on Fridays.\nThis is an exciting time for our company as we continue to grow.
