Advanced experience with Java, Ruby on Rails, Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes, GitHub, JUnit 4/5. Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum). Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Heroku. Experience with large-scale, distributed systems. Strong communication skills. Experience with debugging and monitoring tools (Splunk, Wavefront). \"Get Stuff Done\" attitude. Experience with the entire SDLC and CI/CD. Experience with Ruby on Rails and Heroku is an advantage. Caching and performance tuning using Redis. Monitoring, Logging, and Observability Hands-on experience with Wavefront, Splunk, Datadog, and Grafana. Designing and managing observability dashboards.
