RevOps Automation & Enablement Lead
Superior Sewing Machine & Supply is seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented RevOps Automation & Enablement Lead to operate the execution engine of our revenue organization as we scale in 2026.
This role is responsible for ensuring our sales systems, customer communications, and enablement infrastructure operate cleanly, consistently, and proactively. You will not define commercial strategy — you will execute it with precision, ensuring data integrity, reliable automation, and consistent communication across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Purchasing.
This position is built for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and accountability, and who understands that poor data hygiene, broken workflows, or inconsistent communication directly undermine revenue performance and customer trust.

Revenue Operations
Sales Enablement
Customer-facing communication
Owned brand execution
This role owns the systems, workflows, and tools that allow Sales to operate proactively without administrative drag. It is accountable for CRM accuracy, AI-enabled leverage, execution reliability, and visibility into performance.
Success is measured by data accuracy, adoption by Sales, execution consistency, and the absence of avoidable errors.
This is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibility.
