Responsibilities Include: Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems Follow food safety standards Prepare bakery items Assemble and package orders Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers. Maintain a clean and organized workstation Clean equipment such as ovens, glazer, donut fillers. Stock items at the workstation Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas Qualifications Key Competencies Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment On time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and adapt to change Guest focused Physical Demands/Working Conditions: Standing on feet Repetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reaching Lifting objects, including boxes, ice, and product up to 20lbs (if applicable) Working in a small space Required Preferred Job Industries Food & Restaurant
