Restaurant Manager – 154 Scott (SAA) The Restaurant Manager ensures a consistent, best-in-class experience for all Members & Guests in our F&B outlets. They proactively and graciously embed hospitality into even the smallest daily details. We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to ensure all daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is experienced in restaurant operations, team leadership, and delivering exceptional service standards. You will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, leading the team, and helping individuals reach their full potential. This role is centered around creating an outstanding guest experience through leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will quickly adapt to the brand, values, and culture of the company, inspiring passion and excitement across the team while fostering a positive and engaging environment. About 154 Scott (SAA) 154 Scott is a multifaceted private members club designed to support the rhythms of everyday life. Its raw, minimalist architecture creates an environment to work, create, exercise, nourish, connect, and unwind. The 30,000 sq. ft. facility includes workspaces, art studios, recording studios, conference rooms, private bars, a restaurant, wellness spa & gym, pool, and rooftop deck. It is a thoughtfully cultivated community connecting individuals across industries, backgrounds, and disciplines. Reports To: Director of F&B Direct Reports: FOH Staff Responsibilities Lead floor service to ensure smooth, efficient operations Direct and support staff in delivering elevated hospitality standards Facilitate communication between FOH and BOH teams Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care Create personalized, memorable guest experiences Build relationships with members, regulars, and VIPs Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management Ensure staff appearance and service standards are consistently upheld Monitor and enforce health and safety compliance Manage FOH inventory, ordering, and operational needs Review financial performance (sales, costs, inventory) Assist in planning events and special programming Maintain accurate administrative and reporting practices Support overall dining room presentation and experience Requirements 2+ years of leadership experience in upscale or hospitality-driven environments Strong commitment to high-touch, guest-focused service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team Highly adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive, solutions-oriented mindset Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed Flexible schedule based on business needs More detail about SAA part of Happier People Management, please visit
