Accounting Analyst

Overview:Accounting AnalystScottsdale, AZ (100% Remote)3-month contractJob ID 2023-9118Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for an Accounting Analyst. This is a 3-month contract opportunity based out of Scottsdale, AZ (100% Remote).Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-3 years of virtual customer service experience via email, phone, and chat is required. Expense report review experience. Customer service experience. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Accounts payable or receivable experience. Critical Thinking-Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Problem Solving-identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills. Experience working in a team and delivering high-quality customer service. Experience using Concur, Oracle, and/or Service First is a plus. Responsibilities:This team member must be a quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. All the Training will be provided virtually. Team members must be willing and able to attend virtual meetings and video conference calls. We want a hands-on, detailed-oriented individual who can work independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment. Primary duties will include reviewing expense reports for compliance with company policy and responding to accounts payable and accounts receivable questions via email, phone, and chat.
