We interact and engage with our guests, but most of all, we listen.Summary:Under the general supervision of the Theatre Management Team, Lead Assistant Managers (LAM) will be responsible for theatre operations and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Lead Assistant Managers may supervise between 4-25 floor staff and Assistant Managers at any given time. Qualified candidates will have at least one (1) year of management and customer service experience.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Manages day-to-day operations including cash management and inventoryEnsures a clean and safe environment by maintaining facility and addressing R&M issuesOperates and maintains projection and sound equipmentBuilds a culture of success through recruiting and retaining top performersPrevents employee relation issues by consistently executing human resources practices; ensure guidelines and processes are adhered toEnsures compliance with employment law, safety regulations, and upholds all company policies and proceduresCreates a positive movie going experience through guest engagement and interactions Manager Qualifications:Must be at least 21 to apply2 years' experience in a leadership position1+ year experience in customer service (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.).Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both internal and external customersCommitted to providing exceptional customer serviceMust be available during peak business hours (Nights, Weekend, and Holidays).Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to interact with the public and provide high level of customer serviceAbility to coach, train and motivate employeesAbility to lift 35 pounds and stand for a long period of timeAbility to operate various concession and kitchen equipment.
