Help inspect, package, and prepare quality products for shipment. Train on 2nd shift before transitioning to a Monday-Friday 3rd shift schedule. Great opportunity for someone with production experience looking for steady, full-time work!\n\nTable Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n- Inspect food products to ensure quality and safety standards are met\n- Place and properly position products into moving packaging trays\n- Monitor product flow and ensure accurate packaging\n- Operate and assist with packaging equipment, including baggers, sealers, and cartoners\n- Inspect products for defects, contamination, and packaging issues\n- Assist with filling, sealing, and palletizing finished products\n- Perform quality checks and follow food safety procedures\n- Maintain a clean and organized production area\n- Follow all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)\n- Perform additional production duties as assigned\n\nTable Operator Requirements:\n- High school diploma or GED\n- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred\n- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks\n- Ability to bend, reach, twist, and move continuously throughout the shift\n- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment\n- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team\n- Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from 55°F to 90°F\n- Must follow all food safety, sanitation, and PPE requirements\n- Must be available for initial 2nd shift training and transition to the permanent 3rd shift schedule\n- Flexibility to work overtime as needed\n\nIND091\n\nQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
