Through strong partnerships with financial advisors and attorneys, we deliver a fully integrated client experience.\n\nThe Job\n\nAs a member of our assurance team, this position is responsible for carrying out compilation, review, and audit engagement tasks. This role will interact with various industries and provide a broad exposure to assurance and accounting services in public accounting. Assignments will be under the direction of Audit and Assurance team and engagement partners.\n\nQualifications for this position:\n\nBachelor’s degree in accounting or related field\nProgress toward or intent to obtain CPA license preferred\nBasic understanding of accounting principles including (U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and SSARS) and financial statements\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills\nAbility to maintain confidentiality of client information\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel\n\nWhat do we need you to do?\n\nAssist in the execution of compilation, review and audit procedures in accordance with SSARS and GAAS, respectively.\nAssist in analyzing financial data, investigating variances, and documenting conclusions\nPerform audit testing, including evaluating or testing internal controls and substantive testing\nEnsure engagement documentation complies with firm policies and professional standards\nAssist in preparation of financial statements and note disclosures\nCommunicate professionally with clients to request information and clarify accounting matters\nManage multiple engagements and deadlines concurrently\nMaintain client confidentiality and comply with ethical standards\n\nWhat's in it for you?\n\nCompetitive wages, generous paid time off, and paid holidays.\n\nGrowing organization that is looking for people who want to do better for themselves, their teammates and their clients.\nUpward mobility and growth opportunities.\n\nAlthough we take our work very seriously, we don't take ourselves too seriously.
