Line Production Operator (1st & 2nd Shift)

Line Production OperatorQPS Employment Group is hiring a Line Production Operator for a company in Delavan, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity.Line Production Operator responsibilities include but are not limited to:Ensure your assigned team is fulfilling its role in running smoothly and efficientlyAct as liaison between management, maintenance, and the team; motivate workers within the team to perform to the best of their abilities, always leading by exampleTreat all team members and management with respect and in an ethical manner; accurately review and process productions sheets and any other reports related to paperwork as required by each customer's order; ensure any errors and/or corrections are reported to the shift supervisor and operator immediately and corrections are madeWork as part of the production team and ensure that the quality requirements meet or beat the customer's specificationsEnsure that all customer orders meet customer specifications within the tolerances set and report problems to maintenance and management; correct any deviations to customer's standards immediately and segregate questionable product or scraps all unacceptable productMaintain discipline and safe working environment; ensure that the team's work areas are kept clean and orderly and all employees are following company safety policiesEnsure all team members stay on task and return on time from breaks and lunchKeep the line clean and runningApply principles of logical thinking of a wide range of practical problems; deal with a variety of variablesSolve problems, suggest solutions and improvements to quality and processesLine Production Operator requirements include:Clear standards of personal integrity, business ethics and valuesDemonstrate leadership skills and lead the team by exampleGood communication and listening skillsAbility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting work priorities, adversity, and changeDemonstrate understanding of line processes, procedures, and equipmentShow attention to detailsAbility to motivate others and encourage team developmentQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
