Together, we create something unique that keeps on growing year after year.\nAs the Field Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting, evaluating, and hiring skilled candidates for our various field construction positions. Additionally, you will serve an HR Liaison/Mentor to our crews by connecting with them, establishing relationships, and tracking retention.\nHighlights of what our Field Development Coordinator will do:\nFind candidates through various destinations of cold calling/canvassing including but not limited to: Job Boards, Laundromats, Gas Stations, Swap Meets, etc.\nServe as primary contact for calls regarding help wanted ads.\nCreate and monitor recruitment/help wanted ads.\nMaintain a pipeline of candidates through candidate and employee referrals.\nEstablish and maintain industry relationships with trade associations, educational institutions, and career services/resources.\nUnderstand the company’s brand, culture, mission, and vision.\nAssist with the onboarding and retention of new employees, including filling out new hire paperwork.\nConducts New Hire Orientation.\nCompletes I-9 form process including verification of I-9 documents and uploading to appropriate folder.\nSkills & Experience necessary to be a successful Field Development Coordinator will include, but not limited to:\nMust be fluent in English and Spanish.\nMust have valid state driver’s license in good standing.\nPrevious sales or field recruiting experience highly preferred.\nProficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.\nMust be customer driven and results oriented.\nMust have strong time management and organizational skills.\nMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple assignments and tasks.\nSchedule & Availability:\nMust be able and willing to start as early as 5am\nMust be available for overtime and some weekends\nHours will change due to ongoing project/construction needs\nPerks and Pluses:\nMedical, Dental, Vision, FSA\nHealthcare benefit program & 401K match program\n9 paid holidays per year with paid vacation & sick leave\nSalary $60 - $65K per year.\nHere at Gothic Landscape, we believe that your success is our success.
