You thrive on building reliable AI agents for voice and messaging channels, crafting prompts that handle complex conversations while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Equally comfortable writing code to connect APIs as you are training customer teams, you understand that successful AI deployments require both technical excellence and deep customer empathy.
