We can’t wait to hear from you!\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and implement responsive web applications using React and its related libraries and tools.\nCollaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and back-end developers to gather requirements and translate them into functional user interfaces.\nWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.\nDevelop reusable components and libraries for future use.\nOptimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.\nConduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.\nStay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in React and front-end development, and propose their adoption when appropriate.\nCollaborate with the back-end development team to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.\nWork closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the best user experience and visual aesthetics.\nParticipate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to development processes and methodologies.\nRequirements:\n4+ years of professional experience in front-end development.\nStrong proficiency in React and its related libraries (React Router, Redux, etc.).\nSolid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\nExperience with responsive web design and mobile-first development.\nFamiliarity with front-end build tools and package managers (Webpack, Babel, npm, yarn).\nUnderstanding of version control systems, such as Git.\nKnowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.\nExperience with TypeScript is a plus.\nKnowledge of other front-end frameworks (Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.\nFamiliarity with back-end development using Node.js or other server-side technologies is a plus.\nAbout STG\nOur unique consulting company has been changing lives since 1996, providing full-time employment with benefits and paid time off.
