Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream EHS/ESG technology implementation programmes ($1M+ budget) on time and within scope. Hands-on functional knowledge of EHS and ESG platforms — particularly Intelex and/or Enhesa — including the ability to review and quality-approve configurations, design documents, and test plans. Strong understanding of EHS module coverage across ESG & Sustainability, Waste, Audit, MOC, Training, Compliance, and Risk Management. Proven experience managing and developing cross-functional teams of 5+ resources spanning onshore/offshore delivery models. Deep knowledge of EHS regulatory frameworks applicable to US and Canadian operations (EPA, OSHA, RCRA, TSCA, ISO 14001/45001, Canada's CEPA, Reg 851/90). Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills; confident presenter to VP, C-suite, and Board-level audiences. PMP certification or equivalent (PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, or SAFe) is required. Experience working in or delivering EHS services to a semiconductor, microelectronics, or advanced manufacturing enterprise is strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
