He/she will also be involved in helping to maintain standards within the Warehouse to include a neat, organized, and clean environment at all times. He/she will also assist with other projects assigned and be heavily involved in the Warehouse Sale prep and recovery each month. He/she will assist with maintaining the proper warehouse inventory levels and standards. On occasion, load and unload donations from donor vehicles, residences or businesses to truck and vice versa. Serves as a Four Seasons ambassador throughout the service areas.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist with the daily scheduling of pickups/deliveriesMaintain confidentiality and adhere to the Four Seasons values and commitment to co-workersProvides excellent customer service and maintains a positive attitudeUnderstands and implements Home Store policies and proceduresProvides customer service by operating Point of Sale system, bagging merchandise, and being available to assist customers by answering questions on the sales floorHelps provide a welcoming clean environment which reflects the Four Seasons brand by vacuuming, dusting and cleaning furniture, shelves, merchandise and other items on the sales floorWork to build relationships in our service area communities to promote all Home Store locations to increase donations and salesWork to achieve performance goals, pursue progress toward individual development plan (IDP) and demonstrate Four Seasons values and competenciesRepresent The Values Of Four Seasons In The Community As An Ambassador When Picking Up Donated Items And Delivering Sold Items ByRespecting the customer/donor and providing excellent, and delivered items with respect, care, and safetyPack or wrap donations to protect them from damage during transportation, storage and/or shippingAdhere to company moving policies and procedures to the past seven (7) yearsNo drivers’ license suspensions or revocations within the past seven (7) yearsResponsible for notifying manager of any traffic violations, tickets and/or warnings
