You will belong to a collaborative culture and exhibit transparent communication and teamwork.\nWhat you'll do:\nInterface between Planning, Materials Management, Procurement, Quality, Production/Construction/Assembly and Design to support time sensitive, priorities for ongoing builds\nModify work orders based on needs and initiate kitting of materials with the warehouse team\nCoordinate logistics of material through the factory\nMonitor material readiness and work with procurement, planning, and materials management to mitigate downtime due to material shortages\nUtilize shop floor applications to manage resource workloads\nMaintain work order status reports and balance resources to facilitate high utilization of work centers\nPerform other duties as required\nWhat we’re looking for:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n2+ Yrs in a Manufacturing Shop Floor\n2+ Yrs in a Production Planning environment\nExperience utilizing shop floor applications and/or manufacturing execution systems\nGeneral understanding of shop floor applications\nBasic understanding of ERP and MRP systems\nBasic computer skills with MS office or G-Suite applications\nGeneral understanding of quality system functionality\nHave great communication skills and the ability to interact and work effectively with manufacturing and supply chain personnel\nBonus points:\nBachelor's Degree\nStart-up or high growth environment\nExperience with resource allocation\nTechnician experience is a plus\nMust-have Requirements:\nAbility to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs\nPerform activities such as stooping, typing, standing, sitting or working on ladders and scissor lifts for extended periods of time\nWork in a facility that contains industrial hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics\nWillingness to travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call occasionally\nSalary range for this full-time position + equity + benefits. The actual salary will depend on level, location, qualifications, and experience.
