and portfolio levels.\nEstablish early-warning thresholds for margin fade, schedule delays, unapproved changes, aging receivables and closeout exposure.\nMeasure program performance by client, project type, geography and delivery model.\nLead buyout strategy, change management and financial-risk mitigation.\nPartner with Enterprise Project Controls to maintain consistent reporting and forecasting program planning and delivery.\nReinforce compliance with quality-control plans, hold points, inspections and documentation requirements.\nEnsure subcontractors meet Sevan’s safety, quality, insurance and performance standards.\nParticipate in significant incident, quality and operational investigations.\nEnsure corrective actions and lessons learned are implemented throughout applicable programs.\nMaintain strong compliance with contractual, licensing and regulatory requirements across multiple states.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related field preferred; equivalent progressive construction leadership experience will be considered.\nApproximately 12–15 years or more of progressive commercial construction or general contracting experience.\nDemonstrated advancement through operations leadership roles such as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, Director, Regional Operations Manager or Vice President.\nDemonstrated responsibility for approximately $30 million–$50 million or more in annual construction volume, with accountability for financial and operational results.\nExperience managing mixed portfolios ranging from high-volume work orders and refresh projects of approximately $35,000 to complex projects of $5 million or more.\nExperience delivering multiple concurrent construction projects and programs across multiple states.\nExperience leading portfolios involving hundreds of annual work orders or projects strongly preferred.\nDemonstrated success leading through Directors, Project Executives, Senior Project Managers or equivalent multi-level leadership structures.\nStrong financial and operational management experience, including:\nP&L management\nWIP and EAC reporting\nCost-to-complete forecasting\nBudgeting and financial planning\nMargin management\nBuyout strategy\nChange management\nCash-flow management\nBilling and collections\nRisk and contingency management\nDemonstrated ability to build scalable operating systems and standardized delivery processes.\nStrong client-facing, communication, negotiation and executive-leadership skills.\nExperience in retail, grocery, convenience store, fuel, restaurant, rollout, renovation or multi-site commercial construction.\nExperience with both repeatable program work and more complex commercial
