In this high-touch role, you will collaborate closely with traders and quants, contributing directly to the design, development, and optimization of their high-performance trading systems. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, working on projects that directly impact the firm's trading operations in both traditional markets and cryptocurrency markets.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and optimize low-latency trading systems using C++Collaborate with traders and quantitative analysts to gather requirements and deliver solutions tailored to trading strategiesImplement high-performance algorithms for real-time trading, risk management, and data analysisEnhance and refine the firm’s technology stack, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliabilityContribute to the full software development lifecycle, including testing and deploymentParticipate in system monitoring and troubleshooting, ensuring minimal downtime and maximal system performanceQualifications:Strong proficiency in C++ with deep knowledge of memory management, multithreading, and performance optimizationPrevious experience working in a proprietary trading firm or hedge fund environmentExperience in developing low-latency, high-frequency trading systems or similar mission-critical softwareSolid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structuresFamiliarity with financial markets, particularly in trading environments (traditional markets and crypto is a plus)Proven ability to work closely with traders, quants, and other technologists in a high-touch environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExperience with scripting languages like Python is a plusBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
