The analyst will provide financial management and programmatic support to include planning, programming, budgeting, funding execution and accounting for all BRAC operations. The analyst shall also be required to provide detailed analyses of the cost baselines for all affected BRAC installations and implementation of protocols to analyze and track cost changes. The analyst shall also support the BRAC Office in identifying critical needs and time-sensitive requirements and analyze execution data for program slippages, revenues, and reimbursements to integrate into funding stream.
