About Client: The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries. Salary Range: $120K-$130K/Annum Job Description:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business and user requirementsConduct user and domain research to identify user needs and pain pointsCreate UX artifacts including personas, user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and prototypesDesign and present high fidelity prototypes for stakeholder reviews and developer handoffIterate designs based on user and stakeholder feedbackMaintain design consistency by leveraging UX pattern libraries and standardsPartner with UX leads, visual designers, and developers to ensure timely deliveryGuide teams on UX best practices within assigned projects Required Skills & Experience6 10 years of hands-on experience as a UX Designer or Information ArchitectStrong portfolio demonstrating UX process, problem solving, and executionExpertise in Figma; familiarity with Sketch, Adobe XD, InVisionExperience with collaboration and whiteboarding tools such as FigJam and LucidStrong understanding of usability, interaction design, and information architecture Behavioral Competencies:Impactful Communication: Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and visionCollaboration: Proven experience working with cross functional teamsTime Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive timelines Other Preferences:Critical: Experience integrating AI tools into the design processCritical: Understanding of designing UX for AI driven productsBachelor s degree in UX, Design, HCI, or a related field (preferred)Experience in the life sciences domain is a plusExposure to accessibility focused design is desirable About ApTask: ApTask is a leading global provider of workforce solutions and talent acquisition services, dedicated to shaping the future of work.
