Operations Director
Your OpportunityThe Director of Operations will deliver strategic direction and manage the operational frameworks and infrastructure critical to the Bouma Group’s growth.In this role, you will oversee administrative processes, performance management tools, and sales support functions, ensuring efficient team operations that align with our goal to double production.We seek a candidate with experience in expanding sales organizations, creating scalable systems, and leading high-performing teams.This role reports directly to the Founder and Team Leader.ResponsibilitiesCompensation is attractive and based on experience.Maintain company status reports and trackingBuild scalable systems that allow the team to grow from $85M to $170M+ in productionEnter PLACE Operations Onboarding and ongoing consulting sessions.Implement operational strategies that increase efficiency, productivity, and profitabilityPartner with PLACE Finance and is responsible for all team financial systems, accounts payable, accounts receivable, the budget and profit and loss statement.Ensure operational excellence across listing management, transaction coordination, marketing, and client servicesBuild a culture of high accountability and continuous improvementCreate and maintains the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards.Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and coaching members of the operations team. Implement talent and Power of Moments campaigns. Engage in PLACE Talent Acquisition consulting and implements talent attraction systems.Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Call.Become an expert of the PLACE Technology.
