Hernando, MS (2nd Shift)","description":"place38632 Hernando 09.07.2026 business WIOSS South LP\nJoin WITRON as aProduction Supervisor!\nPrimary Responsibilities Conduct all actions with and inspire among all colleagues a Safety-First mindset\nPromote compliance with all relevant company policies and government regulations including OSHA\nLead by example through results-focused, people-centered direction, feedback, and coaching\nServe as first point of contact for all employee relations and system operational issues\nDevelop effective processes tomaintainsystem performance through shift changes, high volume periods, and irregular operations in conjunction with other stakeholders\nMaintain open and transparent relationships with customer and other vendor contacts to ensure maximum system performance\nEnsure operational process consistency and employee development through the design and execution of uniform training and assessment programs\nFollow established escalation guidelinesin the event ofsystem downtime or irregular operations\nManage employee schedules and daily work assignments in conjunction with other stakeholders\nLeverage detailed reporting to understand system performance and implement continuous improvement projects around employee performance and system operations\nCoordinate with Maintenance Team to ensure minimal system impact in the execution of preventive and ad hoc maintenance activities\nParticipate and lead (as necessary) team, site, and customer meetings to ensure open, effective communications centered on collaborative efforts to meet production goals\nEducation & Experience Required: High school diploma with 1-3 years' experience in a supervisory in a fast-paced manufacturing, automated warehouse, light industry, or related environment\nPreferred: Associates degree in a relevant subject with 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory role in light industry, continuous flow manufacturing, automated warehouse, or related environment\nExperience working as an autonomous shift leader\nFamiliarity with automated material handling systems strongly preferred\nSkills & Knowledge Ability to coordinate and supervise a team of frontline system operators\nStrong understanding of automated material handling systems\nFamiliarity with basiclogisticsand supply chain principles\nFamiliarity Lean Principles, 6 Sigma, or other related continuous improvement processes\nPractical attitude and ability to learn new skills and tasks\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills\nAble to prioritize multiple tasks and workload\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nKnowledge of OSHA Safety guidelines\nScheduling & Travel Occasional travel within North America maybe requiredto undergo training and/or support sister sites; rare international travel may be necessary in support of company-wide initiatives\nMust be able to work all shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays\nMust be available by phone 24/7in the event ofirregular operations and/or escalation\nPhysical Requirements Ability to work at heights of 80-100 feet\nAbility to adapt to a warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from +34 degrees to -15 degrees\nAbility to lift and carry materials/equipment necessary to do the job\nAbility to walk/stand during a designated shift\nLifting,pullingand pushing up to 50 pounds\nStability -
