The experience guests have while relaxing poolside often becomes one of the most memorable parts of their stay.We are seeking an energetic, service-driven, and detail-oriented Seasonal Pool Attendant Supervisor to lead our pool operations team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service, organization, cleanliness, and operational oversight of the pool area, fire pits, cabanas, and poolside food & beverage services.The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests.Essential ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily operations of the pool area, ensuring exceptional guest service and safety standards are maintained at all timesLead, train, coach, and support Pool Attendants to deliver memorable guest experiencesMaintain an active presence throughout the pool deck, monitoring cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfactionOversee pool chair, cabana, and fire pit reservations, ensuring accurate scheduling and guest accommodationsManage and monitor all poolside fire pits, including setup, safety procedures, fuel levels, lighting, and guest usageCoordinate and support poolside food and beverage operations, ensuring timely service and strong communication with restaurant and bar teamsAssist guests with seating arrangements, towels, amenities, and special requestsEnsure all pool furniture, umbrellas, cabanas, and guest areas are properly set up and maintained throughout the dayConduct opening and closing procedures for the pool area, including setup and breakdownWork closely with Housekeeping to maintain adequate towel inventory and cleanliness standardsRemove soiled linens, trash, and debris from service areas in a timely mannerMonitor inventory of pool supplies and communicate restocking needsEnsure compliance with all resort policies, safety regulations, and sanitation standardsAddress guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessaryAssist with special events, group functions, and seasonal pool programming as neededMaintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while fostering a teamwork-oriented environmentQualificationsPrevious hospitality, pool operations, recreation, or food & beverage supervisory experience preferredStrong leadership and guest service skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentFlexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and eveningsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periodsAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull moderate weight as neededWhat We’re Looking ForA positive and outgoing personalityAttention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessPassion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiencesStrong teamwork mentality and leadership presenceAbility to remain calm and professional under pressureIf you are ready to begin a rewarding hospitality career where you can truly make a difference in the guest experience, we invite you to join our team and help create unforgettable resort memories.What are we looking for?Someone with a experience in a guest service roleSomeone with an engaging and energetic personalitySomeone with the ability to work on feet for an extended periodSomeone with the ability to communicate effectivelySomeone who can lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs.Someone with the availability to work varied shifts to include, nights, weekends and holidaysCompensation$24.0$24.0Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
