Financial Analyst

????? The Financial Analyst role will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and documenting financial analysis related explicitly to evaluating customer accounts. In addition, this role will partner with highly skilled professionals across the business to drive efficient processes, generate valuable insights and produce effective communication. This candidate will be intellectually curious, highly energetic, and passionate about making the company successful. In addition, the person in this role will have the mentality to think like the business owner and take a proactive yet collaborative approach to accomplish business goals. This position reports directly to the Director of Finance and Operations.Responsibilities:The Financial Analyst role will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and documenting financial analysis related explicitly to evaluating customer accountsIn addition, this role will partner with highly skilled professionals across the business to drive efficient processes, generate valuable insights and produce effective communicationThis position reports directly to the Director of Finance and Operations and will work on-site in Dallas, TexasMonth-end processes include closing and finalizing the reconciliation of customer accounts and issuing credits or invoicesPartner with Program Management, Commercial and Supply Chain teams on maintaining customer status, escalations, and resolutions concerning Inventory Turns AgreementsAbility to read and interpret customer contractual agreement conditionsAnalyze inventory positions and determine invoicing/credit actions neededPerform detailed analysis of customer accountsRequirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required2+ years of relevant financial experienceStrong continuous improvement mindsetUnderstanding of financial budgeting and forecasting concepts and modelingA team player who is collaborative and receptive to ideas from others and works effectively across functions to identify and resolve critical issuesDedicated, professional attitude; enthusiastic and willing to learn in a high change/high pace environment under tight deadlinesA creative yet pragmatic problem solver who is hands-on and detail-orientedExperience working with a SaaS CPM Solution such as Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, etcExcellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointFerretti Search is an award-winning Recruitment Firm specializing in Executive Recruiting and Staffing.
