You’ll help create a safe, positive, and productive work environment with a focus on *safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and continuous improvement*.\n\nThis is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys *developing people, improving processes, and keeping operations running smoothly.*\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\n* Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates while promoting a positive and accountable team culture.\n* Assign daily work and monitor safety, attendance, quality, productivity, and process adherence.\n* Coordinate new-hire training and ensure associates understand warehouse policies and procedures.\n* Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and provide coaching, feedback, and performance documentation when needed.\n* Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, SOPs, and work instructions.\n* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.\n* Monitor supplies and equipment to ensure the team has what it needs to meet operational demands.\n* Ensure pre-shift equipment inspections are completed and communicate repair needs to leadership and vendors.\n* Listen to and appropriately address associate questions and concerns.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.\n* 2–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.\n* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, develop, and hold employees accountable.\n* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.\n* Ability to make sound decisions and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n* Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.\n* Comfortable using data to monitor performance and support operational decisions.\n\nAbout RoadOne\n\nRoadOne IntermodaLogistics is one of North America’s largest privately held intermodal logistics providers, with a nationwide network serving major ports and rail gateways.
