This is meaningful, resume‑building experience in the power distribution and lighting space.\n\nAbout Us:\nFounded in 2008, TWG Warehouse Services provides manufacturing, electrical assembly, warehousing, packaging, and project coordination services. Our work supports critical infrastructure throughout the region.\n\nWhat You’ll Work On:\nThis internship focuses on supporting the design, documentation, and production readiness of UL Listed panelboards. You will work directly with engineering leadership on real product development initiatives, gaining exposure to electrical distribution equipment, compliance standards, and manufacturing processes. You will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives, including ISO 9001 processes. This is not a theoretical internship. You will contribute to products that move into production.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\nSupport the design and documentation of UL Listed panelboards\n\nCreate and update bills of materials (BOMs), drawings, and engineering change documentation\n\nAssist with documentation required for UL certification and compliance\n\nParticipate in product testing, validation, and troubleshooting\n\nUpdate CAD drawings and schematics\n\nHelp develop SOPs, installation manuals, and technical submittals\n\nContribute to quality initiatives aligned with ISO 9001\n\nIdentify opportunities for product improvement and manufacturability enhancements\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\nIncoming Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or graduating May 2026\n\nCoursework in power systems, circuits, controls, or mechanical design preferred\n\nExperience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software\n\nStrong attention to detail and documentation skills\n\nAbility to work collaboratively in a manufacturing‑focused environment\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\n\nGood Faith Salary Range: The hourly rate for this intern position is $20.00 per hour.
