We use our insight, flexibility and expanded resources to anticipate the needs of leading tech companies and help them make exceptional connections with top tech talent.\r\nJob Description Provides overall direction, guidance, definition and facilitation for the advancement of dashboard development effort to meet business strategies and goals.\r\nMust be able to work independently with different databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server), and analytical/reporting tools such as Cognos, SAS & QlikView.\r\nUnderstand business requirements very clearly then translate and use complex data sources that needs to be blended and joined to delivery efficient and quality dashboards\r\nInvolved in all aspects of the dashboard development life cycle, from the initial kickoff through the requirements analysis, design and implementation.\r\nFollow industry standard techniques and efficient approaches to connect Tableau with disparate data sources.\r\nMentor internal development team and promote self-service analytics to Medicaid users.\r\nPerform Tableau Test site admin tasks, responsible for production coordination, dashboard deployment, user management and support.\r\nConduct demo to internal and external Medicaid stake holders.\r\nDevelop various dashboard development standards, guidance and create artifacts.\r\nDelivery high quality dashboards adhering to latest trends and complete project on time and work on fast paced development cycle.\r\nQualifications At least 2+ years of Tableau development lead experience\r\nAt least 2+ years of experience using databases such as Oracle, MS SQL Server\r\nRequired experience in prototyping, designing dashboard mockups and presentations to customers, development artifacts, standards and guidelines\r\nAble to define, document and articulate dashboard processes and governance\r\nWork on complex datasets and data analysis & data preparation tasks\r\nAbility to develop reports & dashboards in QlikView or SAS visualization tools\r\nExperience working with source control (such as TFS).\r\nDESIRED Skill Sets : 2+ years of experience working with R, SSIS and SSAS\r\nAdditional Information Highlights and benefits\r\nWe are a registered E verified company\r\nStarting salary between $ 60,000 with regular increments\r\nReferral bonus\r\nOn the job support from experienced professionals in the relative field\r\nTravel allowance\r\nInsurance- Medical, dental, vision and 401K\r\nHealth Benefits through Carefirst BCBS (Blue Cross Blue Shield)\r\nPlease respond with your resume.
