detail-oriented Temporary Logistics Data Entry Specialist to support our inventory operations This role is primarily responsible for accurately receiving materials into inventory, entering and locating information in our inventory management system, and handling chemical materials in accordance with safety guidelines The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and experience or comfort working with chemicalsKey ResponsibilitiesReceive incoming materials, match packing slips to purchase orders, and enter material data into the inventory management systemTag and identify materials, ensuring all required paperwork is completed and filed appropriatelyMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory locations and material statusLocate and retrieve information within the inventory system as requested by team members or supervisorsHandle chemical materials safely and in compliance with company Health & Safety policies and proceduresSupport the segregation and proper handling of expired or non-conforming materialsCommunicate effectively with team members to ensure timely and accurate inventory updatesMaintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring supplies are stocked to avoid disruptionsPerform other data entry and inventory support tasks as assignedBasic QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in data entry, inventory, or material handling preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periodsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with chemicals (training provided)Strong computer skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesGood verbal and written communication skillsMust be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work as part of a teamWork Environment & Physical RequirementsWork is performed in a warehouse or inventory environmentFrequent standing, walking, and bending to retrieve productsHandling of chemical materials with appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) providedAdditional InformationTemporary position, duration as needed by business requirementsPre-employment drug screen and
