You will be working as part of a team that identifies and provides solutions to resolve workflow inefficiencies and take advantage of opportunities to advance mission. Day to day, you will directly interact with customers and teammates, develop solutions iteratively within a fast CI/CD workflow, and operate on feedback from users in real time. You’ll directly interface with a diverse team of analysts, operators, and developers and see the impact of your work on a daily basis.\n\nProvide dataflow expertise through development and process improvement.\nExpand on existing workflow automation efforts\nDevelop and maintain web apps to provide analytic and workflow support\nEmphasize customer communication and gather feedback on project status and results.\n\nPosition Required Skills:\n\nExtensive experience with full stack development with an emphasis on web development.\nExperience with relational databases.\nExperience with customer cross-domain solutions.\nExperience soliciting and applying feedback.\nDevelopment experience in a Linux environment.\nExperience with the Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence).\nExperience with AI assisted development.\n\nNice to Haves\n\nExperience programming in JavaScript and python.\nExperience deploying and running open-source tools at the agency.\nExperience with Svelte, OpenTelemetry, or OpenObserve.\nKnowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.\nExperience with dataflow engineering.\nExperience administering linux environments.\nExperience with cert-based cryptography.\n\nSWE3 Qualifications:\n\nA minimum of twelve (12) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.\n\nSalary Range: $241k-$295k (Annually)\n\nThe range displayed above is a likely salary range for this position. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
