The role focuses on program planning, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) management, and collaboration across functional teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nImprove program preparation and performance by instituting standard methodologies throughout the program life cycle.\n\nLead program outreach and communication; build strong relationships with program personnel.\n\nProvide high‑level customer service and strong communication/networking skills while working with senior and executive management and teams across Finance, Planning, Operations, Subcontracts, and Engineering.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nProgram planning experience.\n\nPlanning/scheduling experience on programs requiring EVMS.\n\nU.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.\n\nDesired Skills\n\nExperience developing the Integrated Management Plan / Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS).\n\n3–5 years of program planning experience.\n\nAerospace planning/scheduling experience on EVMS programs.\n\nExtensive experience in Earned Value Management, including monthly deliverables and audits.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Project Server and the Microsoft Office Suite.\n\nAbility to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers.\n\nStrong attention to detail and quality with follow‑up and closure.\n\nExperience with @Risk or OnePager.\n\nExperience with Data‑Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance.\n\nExperience with integrated cost/schedule techniques.\n\nStrong influencing and relationship‑management skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of an integrated team.\n\nExperience developing a resource‑loaded cost model.\n\nActive Top Secret security clearance.\n\nWork Schedule\nOnsite full‑time. 9x80 schedule with every other Friday off.\n\nSecurity Clearance\nThis position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.\n\nEqual Opportunity\nLockheed Martin is an equal‑opportunity employer.
